Francis has over 20 years of experience in professional practice as a Chartered Professional Accountant. Early in his career, he worked at Deloitte Montreal for several years, where he specialized in auditing public companies in the insurance, banking, and high-tech sectors. With an entrepreneurial mindset, he decided to found a small accounting firm in Montreal.

Drawing on more than a dozen years of experience in his own professional services firm, he developed accounting and tax expertise working with a diverse SME clientele. During the pandemic, he chose to take on new challenges and sold his practice to return as a Senior Manager at a small accounting firm offering accounting and assurance services. Clients appreciate his analytical mind, ability to synthesize and explain complex information, as well as his deep knowledge and skills in small business accounting standards and taxation. His availability and commitment to providing exceptional service are well recognized by his clients. Thanks to his experience as a business owner, he has a solid understanding of the many challenges entrepreneurs face. He also greatly enjoys sharing his knowledge, teaching, and mentoring his colleagues.

A fan of movies, hockey, and golf, he enjoys taking time to maintain a healthy work-life balance with his family, as well as cooking and savoring good meals in great company. He also has a hidden artistic talent: in his spare time, he does voice-over work for commercials, both on television and radio.
